This new and thriving industrial park is located in the southern part of the Košice-okolie district, approximately 20 kilometers south of Košice, and two kilometers from the Hungarian state border.
It is a site with significant growth potential for the future, as only 14 minutes from the industrial park, near the village of Valaliky, a new plant of the Volvo Group will be built.
The site is close to exit of E71 highway, with a good access
to the second biggest Slovak town, Košice as well comfortably by highway to Hungary. All strategic location of country are comfortably reacheable by highway.
The park offers units from small up to tailor-made solutions for bigger logistics operations. Our premises are suitable for logistics services, light production and other commercial activities.
