This industrial park is situated in the industrial zone of the city of Martin-Sučany, in a strategic location, just 0,5 kilometers from the R3 highway exit that connects the east and west of the country.
Martin is one of the industrial centers of Slovakia, but at the same time, it serves as the gateway to the most visited natural sites in Slovakia.
