The new industrial park is located in the built-up area of the city of Nitra on Štúrová street, the Mlynárce district, next to the Penam, and it is just a few minutes from the centre of city. This location offers a lot of industrial and business activities as well as completely developed infrastructure.
The site is close to exit 168 of R1A highway, with a good access to the most developed areas of Slovakia in the west. Trnava, Senec, Bratislava or Trenčín, Žilina – all in one direction, comfortably reachable by R1 highway and D1 highway. From the industrial park to Bratislava it takes no more than 1 hour.
The park offers units from small up to tailor-made solutions for bigger logistics operations. Our premises are suitable for logistics services, light production and other commercial activities.
